Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Indore. The Manual Tester will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, identifying and logging defects, and collaborating with the development team to ensure software quality. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and run test plans, ensuring optimal performance and usability of the products. You will also be expected to analyze system and feature requirements to provide detailed and accurate test assessments.

Qualifications

• Strong skills with 2 to 3 years experience in Manual Testing, including creating and executing detailed test cases and scenarios
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
• Experience with defect identification, logging, and tracking tools
• Proficiency in test case documentation and bug reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure software quality and functionality
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and cross-functional team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear documentation and reporting
• Familiarity with meeting project deadlines and working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in testing web and mobile applications is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
