Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze requirements and design effective test scenarios and test cases
- Perform manual testing for application features and workflows
- Identify edge cases and potential defects through logical analysis
- Log and track defects clearly with reproducible steps
- Perform regression testing for new releases
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts
Required Skills:
- Strong manual testing experience
- Excellent logical reasoning and analytical thinking
- Experience with test case design and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira)
- Good understanding of SDLC/STLC
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Good to Have:
- Exposure to test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Basic knowledge of API testing or SQL
