Role Description [Exp 3 – 7 years]
Manual tester with hands‑on experience in functional and regression testing and basic knowledge of the Supply Chain domain. Brings a strong business‑user mindset to ensure high‑quality, reliable product delivery
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end quality for product features
- Understand product workflows and identify edge cases
- Design and execute Functional testing, Regression testing, Exploratory testing
- Validate AI-driven features (search, recommendations, suggestions)
- Work closely with product and engineering to Clarify requirements, Catch gaps early, Improve overall product reliability
- Log clear, actionable bugs (not essays, not one-liners)
Required Skills / Qualifications
- 3 – 7 years of experience in Manual QA
- Strong understanding of Test case design, Edge case identification, System thinking
- Ability to test complex workflows
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong communication skills with ability to clearly explain issues and risks
