Software Specialist

As a Software Specialist, you'll be responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimising proprietary software platforms across customer operations. Key accountabilities include: Technical configuration and deployment of software solutions. Leading workshops to define requirements and document system specifications. Providing on-site support, upgrades, and go-live assistance. Training customers and sharing knowledge across the team. We're seeking a technical professional with: IT qualifications or equivalent industry experience. Knowledge of Windows OS, MS SQL, and Python (C# or Java a plus). Strong understanding of networking, integration, and database design. Experience in software testing and troubleshooting complex systems. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
