About the Role:
Matric Auto Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced professional to manage workforce deployment, vendor coordination, and on-ground supervision for our automotive trading and distribution operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in manpower management, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deploy skilled and unskilled workforce across departments
Coordinate with manpower vendors/contractors and maintain service quality
Supervise daily operations ensuring discipline, productivity, and safety
Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain accurate documentation
Prepare manpower reports and support audits & management reviews
Experience & Skills:
5 to 15 years in manpower handling / contractor management / supervision
Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
Experience in automotive, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and vendor management skills.
