Corp Workforce is looking for experienced Manpower Sourcing Specialists / Recruitment Vendors across India who can efficiently source and deploy manpower for multiple ongoing and upcoming projects in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Source manpower for:
- Factory staff
- Housekeeping staff
- Security personnel
- MEP & technical teams
- Understand project requirements and provide timely manpower solutions
- Ensure quick turnaround time for bulk hiring
- Maintain a strong database of skilled and unskilled workforce
- Coordinate with internal teams for deployment and onboarding
- Ensure manpower availability as per project timelines
- Deliver projects within deadlines with quality workforce
🎯 Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manpower sourcing / recruitment
- Strong network in blue-collar hiring (factory, housekeeping, security, etc.)
- Ability to handle bulk hiring requirements
- Proven track record of timely manpower delivery
- Good coordination and communication skills
💼 Compensation
