We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer at Manorama Industries Limited. This is a full based at our headquarters in Raipur, CG. The ideal candidate will have between 7 to 10 years of professional experience in civil engineering and a strong focus on project management, AutoCAD, and cost estimation (Mandatory skill). Qualifications and Skills Project Management (Mandatory skill): Expertise in orchestrating multiple facets of project planning, execution, and completion while ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines. AutoCAD (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in CAD for creating, updating, and analyzing detailed drawings and plans. Cost Estimation (Mandatory skill): Skills ensuring budget adherence and efficient resource allocation. Construction Management: Proven experience in managing on-site construction activities, and oversight of milestones are high quality and efficiency. Building Codes Knowledge: Familiarity with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations, ensuring all projects meet compliance standards. Geotechnical Engineering: Expertise in assessing soil, rock, and other subsurface conditions to guide the planning and soil and foundation analysis.
