About the role
Critical Accountabilities:
To ensure smooth functioning of the OPD and solve / escalate issues as and when they occur keeping in mind organization's mission, vision and values
Follow the schedule of appointments and follow-up, ensuring adherence to process and systems and smooth flow of patients in the OPD
Collate data on doctor adherence to OPD schedule, send to the respective supervisors
Collect feedback from patients and patient attendants
Upkeep and maintenance of the OPD
Adherence to SOP and Department Protocol
Report generation
Directing patient and patient parties to the right place and right doctor
Skills and Knowledge:
Working knowledge of OPD area management
Knowledge of hospital functions and OPD interface
Basic computer knowledge such as typing, emailing, MS office etc.
Good communication and local language proficiency
Interpersonal skills for patient interactions
Education & Qualification:
Graduate (BCom / BBA/ BHM) or Post-Graduate (M.Com / MHA)
Experience: 0 to 5 Years
Designation: Associate / Senior Associate
