We're looking for experienced Cold Callers who are hungry for growth, confident on the phone, and committed to working long-term. Compensation: $4/hour base pay Uncapped commissions + weekly performance bonuses Full-time | 40 hours/week Permanent Work-from-Home Schedule: Monday to Friday 9 AM – 6 PM Eastern Standard Time (Night Shift PH Time) Fixed weekends off Responsibilities: Make outbound cold calls to prospects Qualify and live-transfer leads to licensed agents Follow call scripts and rebuttals Maintain a professional and engaging phone presence Qualifications: Proven cold calling or outbound sales experience Strong English fluency with a neutral or minimal accent Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented Can handle pressure and rejection professionally Tech-savvy and detail-oriented Must be looking for long-term, stable work Requirements: Personal PC/laptop with webcam Noise-canceling headset Wired internet connection (minimum 30 Mbps) Quiet and professional home workspace Back-up internet
