We’re recruiting a specialist experienced with Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM) to support implementations, configurations, and operational troubleshooting across complex warehouse environments. The role suits someone who combines strong warehouse operations knowledge with hands-on technical skills (APIs, SQL, log analysis) and experience supporting testing and documentation.
💥 Key responsibilities
- Support and configure major Manhattan Active WMS processes across inbound, outbound, inventory and related modules.
- Implement and validate MAWM configurations and extensions (including exposure to MAWM Proactive).
- Develop and execute API tests (REST/JSON) using Postman and support integration testing with partner systems.
- Troubleshoot complex issues—perform root-cause analysis using logs, SQL, and integration-layer diagnostics.
- Prepare SOPs, knowledge-transfer docs, and test artefacts for UAT/SIT cycles.
- Manage tickets and incident workflows using ServiceNow, Jira or equivalent ticketing tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve problems and drive continuous improvement.
💥 Required experience & skills
- 6+ years experience in warehouse operations or Manhattan Active WMS implementations/support.
- Proven MAWM configuration experience and familiarity with MAWM extensions.
- Comfortable working with REST/JSON APIs, performing API testing (Postman) and validating integrations.
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills, including log analysis and integration-layer diagnostics.
- Working knowledge of SQL for RCA and data validation.
- Experience producing SOPs, KT documents and supporting UAT/SIT testing cycles.
- Proficient with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira) and strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, IT, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
🟢 Nice-to-have
- Direct exposure to MAWM Proactive features or other Manhattan extensions.
- Prior experience with high-volume distribution or complex multi-site warehouse environments.
- Familiarity with WMS integration patterns (EAI, middleware, EDI) and monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of performance tuning and scalability considerations for WMS deployments.
