Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Manhattan Active Omni (MAO) OMS Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in cloud-native order management solutions. The role requires a blend of functional supply chain knowledge and technical capabilities in configuring and extending MAO.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into MAO solutions
- Configure and implement Manhattan Active Omni OMS modules:
- Order orchestration
- Inventory visibility
- Sourcing & fulfillment optimization
- Work on Distributed Order Management (DOM) and omnichannel use cases (BOPIS, Ship-from-Store, etc.)
- Design and support integrations with external systems (ERP, WMS, eCommerce platforms)
- Customize and extend MAO using:
- APIs (REST/JSON)
- Event-based architecture
- Participate in solution design, SIT, UAT, go-live, and hypercare support
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
Required Skills Functional:
- Strong knowledge of omnichannel retail processes
- Expertise in Order Lifecycle Management
- Experience with DOM and fulfillment strategies
Technical:
- Hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Omni (MAO)
- API integrations (REST, JSON)
- Microservices architecture understanding
- SQL and data analysis
