About the role

General Scope of Responsibilities:
 Ensuring minimum number of meetings scheduled on a daily basis based on reporting manager’s
instruction to ensure that the client lists are frequently visited.
 Grabbing the opportunities related to product sales from the market and respond on time with a
deadline to customers.
 Reports of all meetings done, order closure, negotiation, status of all jobs been dealt on weekly
basis.
 Weekly report, monthly report on jobs and achievements to be submitted to the line manager.
 Responsible to achieve business revenue generation by specification , marketing and sales cycle
management of all products as defined by your reporting senior that are within the range of
company for the territory assigned to you in major upcoming projects.
 Responsible for representing all of our products to consultants, clients, and customers through
marketing activities and getting them specified in upcoming projects.
 Active participation in field events such as conferences, seminars, etc. in order to development a
clientele for our product line.
 Responding to Consultant, Client and Customer needs by designing & identifying systems,
undertaking technical discussions products, generating inquiries and facilitate in closing orders.
 Making technical presentations and demonstrating how our products meet the needs of our
clients.
 Maintain continuous contact with consultants, clients and customers over the phone, email, or in
person to ensure business development and sales targets are met for the organization.
 Maintaining records of consultant / client communication and recording the sale cycle activity in
SAP or such other ERP system designated to facilitate internal communication systems.
 Working with engineering team / production team to ensure development schedules and
deliveries are being met as per specifications required.
 Monitoring and keeping track of upcoming, quoted projects and current projects.
 Inquiry management and closure reporting; the win-loss ratio on sales for projects specified and
unspecified under your scope.
 Coordinating with your team and managing to ensure compliance on the technical product
selections and pricing tools to ensure right products are presented to the customers.

 Closely involved in developing responsibility for the sales and marketing performance as well as
the profit and loss of the business revenues entrusted under your scope of management and
territory.
 Should be willing to undertake travel to explore business opportunities and tapped territories.
 Maintaining a working relationship at all levels of the Company and goodwill, respect at the
corporate level.
 Management has complete rights to transfer the employee to any location based on the business
requirement.
 Any other tasks as may be required and instructed by the management to support the objectives of
the company.
