Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Manager/Senior Manager Project Monitoring. The responsibilities include overseeing project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-efficient delivery, monitoring progress, and managing risk assessment to address project challenges. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to maintain high-quality & safety standards and regulatory compliance. The Manager/Senior Manager will analyze data, prepare performance reports, review presentations and recommend actionable strategies for improvement to senior management.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of project monitoring, budgeting, and reporting tools
- Proficiency in risk assessment, quality control, and compliance management
- Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to generate insights through data analysis
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven leadership ability to supervise multi-disciplinary teams effectively
- A degree in engineering, project management, or a related field; a master's degree or PMP certification is a plus
- Previous experience in large-scale building construction projects and familiarity with industry regulations
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera or MS Project and hands on experience of SAP S4 Hana
