Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Manager of Customer Success. The Manager of Customer Success will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving customer retention, managing client accounts, and fostering positive customer relationships. The role includes performing detailed analysis to support business needs, overseeing customer success strategies, and developing communication frameworks that enhance client engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention strategies
- Strong Analytical Skills to track metrics, identify trends, and develop actionable solutions
- Experience in Account Management with the ability to build and manage client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with stakeholders
- Proficiency in customer success technologies and tools is a plus
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage customer needs effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is desirable
- Experience in the healthcare or tech industry is an advantage
