Role Description
This full-time Management Trainee role is an on-site position located in Pune Division. As a Management Trainee, you will assist in the daily operations and projects while learning key aspects of the company's functions. Responsibilities include coordinating with various departments, supporting strategic planning, analyzing departmental performance, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will also assist in preparing reports, executing projects, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
