Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Managing Partner role located in Davangere. The Managing Partner will focus on leading recruitment efforts for the Agency partner Channel, including onboarding, training, and developing a high-performing team of Partners & advisors. Responsibilities include guiding and supporting advisors to achieve business targets, strategizing to ensure effective execution of sales processes, and fostering a culture of success within the team. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders and aligning team objectives with organizational goals.

- Proficiency in sales strategy development and execution, with a strong track record of achieving business targets
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
