Our model is to build startups from idea → MVP → market traction → scale, and then bring in dedicated founders and teams to run each venture.
Current and upcoming ventures include platforms in fintech, solar energy, logistics, real estate investment, hiring platforms, and AI-based products.
We are looking for a high-impact entrepreneurial leader who can operate as the execution engine behind the group’s venture creation strategy.
Role Overview
The Group CEO / Managing Partner – Ventures will be responsible for building, launching, and scaling multiple startups under Sankar Group.
This is a builder role, not a corporate management position.
You will work directly with the Founder to transform ideas into real businesses with MVPs, market traction, and scalable operations.
The role involves venture building, startup operations, growth strategy, and founder development across multiple industries.
Key ResponsibilitiesVenture Creation
- Lead the end-to-end startup creation process from ideation to market launch
- Conduct market validation and develop MVP strategies
- Build execution roadmaps for launching new ventures within 60–120 days
Startup Operations
- Manage and oversee all running startups under Sankar Group
- Establish operational frameworks, systems, and performance metrics
- Ensure each venture progresses from MVP → revenue → scale
Growth & Business Development
- Design go-to-market strategies for each startup
- Identify partnerships, distribution channels, and revenue opportunities
- Build scalable customer acquisition frameworks
Founder Development
- Identify and onboard co-founders or operating leaders for ventures
- Transition startups from internal incubation to independent operations
Team & Resource Management
- Build and manage cross-functional teams including product, marketing, operations, and partnerships
- Coordinate resources across multiple ventures simultaneously
Strategic Execution
- Work closely with the Founder to translate vision into executable ventures
- Develop a pipeline of new startup opportunities across industries
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who has:
- 8–15 years of experience in startups, venture building, or high-growth companies
- Proven experience launching 0→1 products or startups
- Strong operational and execution capabilities
- Experience managing multiple products or business units
- Ability to move quickly from idea → MVP → market launch
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action
Experience in startup studios, venture funds, product companies, or high-growth startups will be highly preferred.
