Role Description
The Managing Director will oversee daily operations, ensure business goals are achieved efficiently, and provide strategic leadership to drive company growth. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies, managing financial performance, enhancing operational effectiveness, and fostering partnerships with clients and stakeholders. The role requires direct collaboration with department heads to align objectives and ensure the seamless execution of projects. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ankleshwar.
Qualifications
- Leadership and Management: Proven ability to lead teams, manage operations, and drive strategic initiatives.
- Industry Expertise: Knowledge of fabrication, piping systems (MS, SS, PPRC, PP, HDPE, FRP, FRV), structural works, and related industrial services.
- Financial Acumen: Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and optimization of resources.
- Project Management: Experience in overseeing project implementation, ensuring timelines, quality, and compliance with standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Strong communication and collaboration skills to build lasting partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
- Critical Thinking: Ability to solve complex problems and adapt to dynamic industry challenges.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional certifications in project management or operational leadership are a plus.
