The Law Offices of Mary Kennedy is launching its first international office in India — and we’re looking for a high-impact leader to build it from the ground up.
Managing Director – Indian Operations
Chennai, India
Executive Leadership | Business Development | Revenue Ownership
This is a rare opportunity to become the founding leader of India operations for a fast-growing U.S. immigration law firm with:
- 20+ years of credibility
- 600+ five-star Google reviews
- 100+ corporate clients
- Deep expertise in U.S. immigration law
We are not looking for someone to “manage” an office.
We are looking for someone to BUILD one.
You will:
• Lead revenue growth for the India market
• Build partnerships with corporates, GCCs, HR leaders & mobility networks
• Establish and scale our Chennai office
• Hire and lead the initial BD/client-facing team
• Work directly with founder Mary Kennedy
• Shape the next decade of growth for the firm
- Use technology, AI, and modern business systems to advance growth, improve client experience, and scale operations efficiently
Who should apply?
✔️ 12–15+ years of experience
✔️ Proven track record building multi-million-dollar businesses
✔️ Strong Chennai market network
✔️ Tamil fluency required
✔️ Experience with legal, immigration, mobility, consulting, or international business strongly preferred
This role is ideal for a builder, operator, rainmaker, and relationship-driven leader who wants real ownership — not just a title.
