We are looking for an exceptional, commercially driven Managing Director to lead Interval Cafe in Jaipur. You will have full ownership of our cafe's strategic direction, daily operations, and long-term success.
What you’ll do:

- Oversee Operations: Ensure smooth running of both front-of-house and back-of-house (kitchen/roastery).
- Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and build a world-class team of baristas, chefs, and floor staff.

What you bring:
- 5+ years of senior-level management experience in premium cafes, restaurants, or the broader hospitality sector.
