Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Manager- Corporate Sales based in the Kanpur or Lucknow regions. The role involves identifying and qualifying prospective corporate clients, generating leads, and converting them into long-term accounts. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, understanding organizational risk and insurance needs, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms in coordination with internal underwriting and operations teams. The manager will oversee the sales funnel, track performance metrics, and ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up on all opportunities. The role also requires maintaining strong post-sales relationships, coordinating with customer service teams for issue resolution, and representing PINC Insurance at client events or market outreach initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Operations skills to drive corporate insurance revenue, manage funnels, and meet or exceed targets.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Account Management to build, develop, and retain a high-value corporate client portfolio.
- Customer Service capabilities to ensure responsive support, effective issue resolution, and high client satisfaction.
- Proven experience in corporate or B2B sales, preferably in insurance, financial services, or related industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Comfort with on-site client visits in Kanpur and Lucknow, and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field; relevant insurance certifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
