Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Manager position based in Tirunelveli. The Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, implement strategies to enhance performance, and ensure team goals and individual objectives are achieved. Other responsibilities include developing team competency, ensuring compliance with company policies, and managing client relations. The role requires excellent leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills to achieve organizational targets effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in financial services, investment solutions, and market analysis
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with financial markets and regulatory requirements
- Willingness to work on-site at the Tirunelveli location
