Key Responsibilities
- Manage YouTube channels for School (Class 9–12) and CUET.
- Drive content strategy, SEO, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
- Optimise titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and playlists.
- Coordinate with Academic, Production, Design, Editing, and Marketing teams.
- Monitor channel performance and share actionable insights using YouTube Analytics.
- Improve CTR, watch time, audience retention, subscriber growth, and overall channel performance.
- Plan content calendars for live classes, one-shots, revision series, Shorts, and campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven optimisation strategies.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of YouTube SEO, Analytics, and YouTube Studio.
- Experience managing educational YouTube channels (School/CUET preferred).
- Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Understanding of YouTube algorithms, audience behaviour, and thumbnail strategy.
