Job Summary
A senior AI Workflow Architect / Applied AI Lead with 12-15 of experience on design, orchestrate, and govern complex AI‑driven workflows. This role focuses on agentic systems, multi‑step reasoning orchestration, prompt and system architecture, and quality control across AI-native platforms.
The individual will play a critical role in translating research and analytical processes into robust, scalable, and evaluable AI workflows using platforms such as Copilot, GPT, Claude, Hebbia, and similar systems
Key Responsibilities
- As a Microsoft Apps Solutions Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade AI solutions using technologies such as Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and Microsoft 365.
- Design and implement end-to-end AI workflows that can scale, cover how systems think, make decisions, and execute tasks.
- Convert business and research requirements into practical AI-driven solutions, with clear and client-friendly explanations.
- Define structured prompts, system instructions, and control logic to ensure consistent and reliable AI outputs.
- Build and standardize reusable components such as prompt libraries, workflow templates, and governance guidelines.
- Implement robust evaluation and validation frameworks, including test cases and benchmarks, to measure solution quality.
- Ensure accuracy and reliability using techniques like grounded data (RAG) and human review where needed.
- Make key architecture and platform decisions across AI tools and ecosystems, ensuring performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Lead the transition of solutions from pilot to production, with a focus on monitoring, compliance, and operational stability.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned to goals, easily adoptable, and deliver measurable impact.
Core Competencies
- Architect and deliver enterprise AI solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and Microsoft 365.
- Design secure, scalable, and compliant solutions that integrate seamlessly across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
- Optimize solutions for performance, cost-efficiency, and governance while embedding Responsible AI practices.
- Translate complex business requirements into AI-driven architectures that enable automation and digital transformation.
- Design robust RAG-based workflows and context management strategies to ensure accurate and grounded AI responses.
- Build and manage end-to-end AI architecture covering prompts, models, orchestration, and application layers.
- Develop evaluation and quality frameworks, including benchmarks, test cases, and regression mechanisms to ensure consistent performance.
- Enable scalable AI workflows through API integrations, tool usage, and automation across multi-step processes.
- Implement observability, monitoring, and governance practices, including guardrails, versioning, and lifecycle management.
- Apply deep expertise in LLM behavior, prompt engineering, and system-level AI design to build reliable solutions.
- Deliver production-grade agentic systems that handle complex, multi-step processes with high reliability, performance, and scalability.
