We’re Hiring: Manager – Water Testing Laboratory | Azis Labs (NABL Accredited)

🔬 Role: Manager – Water Testing Laboratory
📍 Location: Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh (On-site)
You will lead the Water Testing Department, ensuring efficient lab operations, regulatory compliance, and high-quality analytical output.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day laboratory operations and test execution
- Develop and implement test strategies and testing workflows
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant testing (drinking water, wastewater, industrial samples)
- Create, review, and manage test cases, SOPs, and technical documentation
- Maintain compliance with ISO/IEC 17025, NABL, and regulatory standards
- Drive quality control, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead and manage a team of analysts and technicians
- Ensure efficient reporting, data integrity, and client deliverables
- Support audits, accreditations, and client interactions
🧪 Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry / Environmental Science / related field
- Strong expertise in test execution, method development, and test case design
- Proven ability to build and execute test strategies and lab workflows
- Experience in quality control systems and regulatory compliance
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in water testing laboratory operations (highly preferred)
- Familiarity with global standards (APHA, IS methods, EPA) is an added advantage
