Role Overview
As a Manager – Transfer Pricing, you will play a key role in delivering end‑to‑end transfer pricing solutions while contributing to the evolution of the practice in an increasingly technology‑ and AI‑led environment. You will work closely with clients, collaborate across internal teams, and participate in national, regional, and global initiatives within the Grant Thornton network.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead transfer pricing compliance, planning, and documentation engagements
- Conduct and review economic and financial analyses for complex transactions
- Manage transfer pricing audits, assessments, and dispute support
- Advise clients on domestic and cross‑border transfer pricing matters
- Collaborate with tax, consulting, technology, and data teams on integrated solutions
- Contribute to practice development, thought leadership, and business development
- Participate in and support India‑wide, regional (APAC), and global initiatives across Grant Thornton
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in transfer pricing consulting of 5+ years
- Deep understanding of Indian and international TP regulations and finance fundamentals
- Proven client‑handling and engagement leadership capabilities
- Curiosity and a growth mindset, with comfort operating in ambiguity
- Aspiration to shape new, future‑ready solutions in an AI‑disrupted services environment
- Interest in cross‑functional collaboration and broader advisory exposure
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Professional qualifications such as CA / CPA / CFA / ACCA are preferred
