Experience : 5 to 10 Years
Location : Andheri (East), Mumbai
Salary : Upto 7 LPA
Job Description
- 5+ years’ experience in handling request for Transmission, De-mat, Duplicate & Deletion, preferably from RTA industry. Ability to manage 10 to 15 team members.
- Responsible for entire processing of Registrar & Transfer Department.
- Excellent E-mail drafting / coordinating with clients.
- Lead the team and support them to resolve the issues.
- Ensure the team provides timely service to the clients.
- Coordinate with the internal department (s) to resolve the client queries.
- Coordinating with other intermediaries, to solve the client specific queries or other requirements.
- Ensuring timely closure of service request within time as specified by Regulatory Authorities.
- Independently handling the escalations from Clients & intermediaries.
