Job details:
  1. Deliver engaging behavioral, functional, and leadership training programs.
  2. Facilitate workshops using interactive learning methods (simulations, role plays, discussions).
  3. Evaluate learning effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and onthejob application
  4. Identify, onboard, and certify internal trainers. Content Design & Development
  5. Design complete learning solutions including PPTs, handbooks, facilitator guides, job aids, and micro-learning content
  6. Convert functional SOPs/processes into interactive e-learning modules, including quizzes, branching scenarios, video-based learning, and simulations.
  7. Conduct TNI/TNA through surveys, performance trends, manager inputs, and FGDs.
  8. Map learning needs into structured quarterly and annual training plans.
  9. Design and execute talent development tracks (firsttime managers, highpotential cohorts, functional academies)
  10. Coordinate with internal SMEs, and external partners
  11. Track participant progress, certification completion, and program outcomes.
  12. Track pre/posttraining assessments
  13. Evaluate behavioural application and manager feedback
  14. Measure impact on KPIs such as productivity, NPS, compliance, or operational accuracy
  15. Upload and maintain courses on the LMS
  16. Track completion, assessment scores, and learning hours across locations.
  17. Prepare monthly analytics dashboards and insights for leadership.
  18. We are a 6 days working organization with Saturday being WFH.



Preferred candidate profile


  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • 7+ years in Learning & Development or corporate training
  • Strong training facilitation (classroom + virtual)
  • Exposure to multi-location training delivery preferred
  • Instructional design capability
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced proficiency in LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., iSpring)
  • Skilled in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Familiarity with digital communication channels (email, SMS) and analytics tools.
