Job Purpose
To work as a key member in project launch team, supporting the product lead in creating – product program, policy & underwriting framework working closely with Risk/RCU/Collection and underwriting. Work on supporting system build requirements along with COE.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Product Program
- Benchmarking along with relevant functions for components of product program vis :
o Product features
o Commercials
o Risk & underwriting
o System workflow
o Collection
- Initial Product set up
- New product document creation
- Product code creation
- Profit cost center and GL code creation
- Cross sell framework
- Work with Life insurance team and other cross sell SPOC for cross sell product, pricing and proposition.
- Product suite finalization
- Customer communication frame
- Business MIS & Reports
- Reporting module development
- Reporting & MIS framework
Major Challenges
- Policy/system design/cross sell selection/scheme designs
Required Qualifications And Experience
- Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate
- Work Experience
- Minimum 18-36 month of experience
- Skills Keywords
- Tractor NBFC product experience
