🚜 We're Hiring | Manager – Platform & Linkages Design for my team at Sonalika, Hoshiarpur
We are looking for an experienced in Tractor Control & Linkages Expert with a strong background in tractor design and product development.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Design & development of control & linkages
✅ 3D modeling, 2D drafting, DMU validation, drawing checking, and design verification using Siemens NX & Teamcenter
✅ Feasibility discussions and drawing sign-offs with cross-functional teams
✅ Development of sheet metal and fabricated structures considering ergonomics, strength, vibration, and packaging requirements
✅ Preparation of manufacturing drawings with GD&T and BOM management
✅ Support NPD activities, subsystem integration, layout validation, and compliance with international tractor standards
Candidates from the tractor manufacturing industry will be preferred
📍 Location: Hoshiarpur, Punjab, India
