Position Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Service Delivery & Operations team. This role is crucial for overseeing the effective delivery and operational management of TPRM services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and optimizing third-party risk management processes.

The Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, procurement, and legal & compliance, to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our TPRM framework. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, operations, and service delivery within a complex, regulated environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Leadership
    • Lead and mentor a team of TPRM professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
    • Drive initiatives to enhance TPRM processes, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and scalable.
  • Operational Management:
    • Oversee the daily operations of TPRM services, including the management of third-party risk assessments, due diligence, and monitoring activities.
    • Ensure timely and accurate completion of risk assessments and due diligence reviews for new and existing third-party relationships.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Compliance & Risk Mitigation:
    • Ensure TPRM practices comply with relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies.
    • Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to third-party risk management.
    • Identify and address emerging risks and regulatory changes affecting third-party relationships.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, procurement, legal & compliance, and business units, to ensure alignment on third-party risk management requirements.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on third-party risk management, providing guidance and support to various departments.
    • Act as point of contact for all escalations and ensure timely resolution for business
  • Reporting & Analytics:
    • Prepare and present regular reports on TPRM performance, risk profiles, and service delivery metrics to senior
    • Utilize data analytics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement in third-party risk management processes.
  • Transition Management
    • Ability to manage change and ensure stability management.
    • Manage process transition seamlessly
Essential Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably related to Risk Management with Min 7+ years in risk management, service delivery or operations, with a focus on third-party risk management.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and leading complex projects in a regulated environment.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical industry is a big plus.
  • Strategic thinking and risk-based decision making
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
