Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Manager to CEO. The individual will work closely with the CEO to manage day-to-day operations, provide strategic insights, and oversee key initiatives. Responsibilities include liaising with internal teams, analyzing business performance, coordinating cross-departmental projects, and assisting in the development and execution of long-term organizational strategies. The role also involves representing the CEO in meetings, managing communications, and supporting decision-making processes.

- Leadership and team management skills to effectively oversee operations and cross-functional teams.
- Strategic planning and business analytics expertise to facilitate organizational growth and decision-making processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders and manage executive-level communication.
- Adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and experience in fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in a senior managerial role, preferably working closely with C-level executives.
- Familiarity with industries such as technology, healthtech, or finance is a plus.
- Proficiency in business tools and technologies to support decision-making and operational efficiency.
