Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager-TNQ, located in Chennai. The Manager-TNQ will be responsible for overseeing operational activities, managing teams, and ensuring that quality standards and performance metrics are met. The role includes monitoring processes, implementing improvements, coordinating with stakeholders, maintaining compliance with company protocols, and fostering team collaboration to achieve business goals.

- Proven experience in developing and implementing strategies for performance improvement and meeting KPIs.
- Familiarity with the BPO industry and knowledge of industry-specific tools, technologies, or best practices is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while adhering to company policies and standards.
