Gap analysis
- To analyse market need for Skilling, with respect to insulation products and systems.
- Mapping of stake holders and identify priority key accounts suitable for Skilling programs
Planning
- Effective planning of Skiling programs to gain maximum awareness among relevant stakeholders
- To take up time bound targets to impart the skilling sessions
- Closely co-ordinate with all supporting functions in order to deliver upon the agreed business strategy.
Content Development
- To prepare and update content required for training – AV, training manual, curriculum, evaluation process
Execution
- To set up Skilling session with all required infrastructure and tooling
- To deliver planned Skilling sessions effectively to targeted stakeholder across India.
- To develop troubleshooting mechanism and post installation remedial measures.
Feedback system
- To measure effectiveness of the Skilling session and receive feedback
To upgrade the Skilling programs based on feedback received.
