Job Description :-● Lead a team of 15-20 tele callers in their sales● Audit calls of the In-house team and suggest changes in pitch, tonality, communication, etc.● Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with each admission counsellor to govern theirperformance and suggest improvements● Prepare calling SOPs, modify existing processes and suggest improvements● Maintaining the admitted students’ database● The candidate should be willing to take up marketing-related field work in addition to admission counselling work. Participate in BTL activities for branding, visibility, and marketing, etc● Help the marketing team with ideas on how to improve the process, and also participate inmarketing brainstorming sessions● Should be hands-on with Google Suite (Google Docs, Forms, Sheets, etc.)● Adept in preparing and analysing data of the tele callers, such as calling time, TAT to call leads,lead to application conversion rates, etc.

Requirements:1. Proficiency in the Kannada language (speaking) is preferable2. Knowledge of MS Office is mandatory3. Candidate with a Graduation as a minimum qualification4. 5-8 years of experience in a telecalling sales manager or lead role is preferred.
