Vertelo is an ‘Integrated Fleet Electrification Solution’ Provider backed by Macquarie and Green Climate Fund.
We aim to accelerate the transition of fleets to electric vehicles and build a robust EV ecosystem by offering bespoke solutions to customers including leasing and financing, charging infrastructure and energy solutions, fleet management services, and end of vehicle life management.
Vertelo has successfully raised US$405 million to accelerate its fleet electrification platform in India.
The funding was led by the Green Climate Fund (“GCF”) as the primary investor, whose initial commitment of $US200 million enabled the participation of institutional investors contributing to other $US205 million.
Overall, Vertelo plans to invest $US 1.5 billion over 10 years with the aim to achieve a potential greenhouse gas emissions reduction of ~9.5 MtCO2e.

We are on the lookout for an experienced and dynamic Tax Manager to join our journey of growth and innovation. Reporting to the Head – Finance & Accounts, this role will own end-to-end direct and indirect tax compliance, strengthen controls, and support regulatory readiness as Vertelo scales.
Your impact:
• Own GST compliance (GSTR-1, 3B, annual returns, ITC controls)
• Manage Income Tax compliance, ITR filing, advance tax and tax audits
• Own TDS/TCS compliance including returns, reconciliations and certificates
• Handle GST and tax notices, assessments, and departmental queries
• Oversee PF/PT compliance with HR coordination
• Strengthen reconciliations (GST, TDS, statutory dues) and compliance controls
• Support statutory, internal, and tax audits
You are:
• CA with 5–6 years experience
• Strong in Income Tax, GST, and TDS provisions
• Hands-on with GST portal, Income Tax portal, and TRACES
• Detail-oriented with strong reconciliation skills
• Preferred: NBFC / financial services / CA firm experience
