SkyBlue Cinematix_India
Operates dynamically at the intersection of brands, entertainment, and technology. As a premier media partner, we build powerful brand-content collaborations across Bollywood, Animation, and Gaming ecosystems. We are pioneering the next frontier of entertainment by bridging traditional celebrity endorsements with cutting-edge
AI-driven brand projects (such as digital twins, AI voice licensing, and virtual influencer campaigns).
About The Role
We are looking for an ambitious, hyper-connected
Talent Manager / Senior Manager who can seamlessly operate in both traditional celebrity management and the evolving landscape of AI entertainment.
Your job will be two-fold: first, aggressively onboarding talent across the spectrum—from top-tier Bollywood superstars (
A-listers) to trending creators and regional actors (
B & C-listers). Second, you will pitch these artists to top brands for
traditional endorsement assignments as well as forward-looking AI projects.
If you are a smooth talker, a persistent networker, and an exceptional sales closer who understands the value of artist representation and tech-forward media solutions, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding (A, B & C Listers):
- Proactively reach out to, pitch, and sign artists ranging from marquee A-list Bollywood celebrities to mid-tier (B-list) and rising digital/regional talent (C-listers).
- Educate talent, their personal managers, and agencies on the massive monetization potential of partnering with SkyBlue, specifically for AI and digital-replica projects.
- Brand Pitching & Commercial Sales:
- Pitch signed talent to corporate brands, media agencies, and gaming studios for traditional campaigns (commercials, digital ads, appearances).
- Drive the sales pipeline for innovative AI brand assignments, pitching concepts like licensed AI voiceovers, digital avatars, and automated personalized brand video campaigns.
- Deal Negotiation & Closure:
- Own the commercial negotiation process, securing high-value contracts, clear usage rights, and favorable commercial terms for both traditional and AI deployments.
- Ensure legal agreements meticulously address AI protection, deepfake safety guardrails, and likeness rights alongside traditional contract clauses.
- Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary, trusted point of contact for the artists, ensuring smooth communication and flawless delivery of brand commitments.
Required Qualifications And Skills
- Experience: 5 years plus of experience in celebrity management, talent agency representation, influencer marketing, or media ad-sales in Mumbai.
- Core Competency: A relentless closer. Proven track record of negotiating commercial deals and handling complex artist contracts.
- Industry Network: Strong existing channels or direct access to talent managers, PR agencies, and celebrity inner circles in the entertainment industry.
- Tech-Forward Mindset: A strong understanding of (or a keen interest in) how AI, deepfakes, and digital twins are shifting the brand endorsement landscape.
- Communication: Exceptional pitching, presentation, and interpersonal skills; able to command respect when talking to high-profile artists and corporate brand managers alike.
Perks And Benefits
- Performance Bonus: Highly lucrative, milestone-linked incentives designed for high-performing sales closers.
- Health Insurance: Comprehensive medical coverage for you.
- Work-Life Balance: A standard 5-day work week (Monday to Friday) within a high-growth, energetic media environment.
