Location: Mumbai

Role Overview

The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end execution of key talent management initiatives, including:

 Performance management cycles

 Talent reviews and succession planning

 Leadership development program coordination

 Talent analytics, dashboards, and reporting

Key Experience & Skills Required

 7–10 years of overall HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in Talent Management

 Strong hands-on exposure to performance management and talent cycles

 Experience supporting and coordinating leadership development initiatives

 Comfortable working with data, dashboards, HR systems, and reporting

 Ability to collaborate effectively with HRBPs and business leaders in a matrixed environment

 Confident in engaging independently with senior leadership, CHROs, and HRBPs
