🔹 Experience: 8–12 Years
🔹 Domain Expertise: Professional Services hiring – US Audit, US Tax, CAAS & Advisory Services
🔹 Key Strengths: Stakeholder management, strategic sourcing, niche hiring, and recruitment analytics
🔹 Preferred Background: Experience with Big4 or similar Professional Services firms and exposure to global/US-centric hiring or BFSI hiring
