Role Overview
We are looking for a highly process-oriented and sharp individual to lead Sneakinn’s digital transformation journey.
This is not a traditional coding or IT role.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the founders and operations teams to deeply understand business workflows, identify inefficiencies, document processes, build scalable system logic, and lead the development of an integrated technology ecosystem for the company.
You will act as the bridge between business operations and external tech/development teams.
The role requires strong product thinking, operational understanding, systems design capability, vendor coordination skills, and an obsessive attention to detail and edge cases.
Key Responsibilities
Business Process Mapping & System Design
* Understand and document existing workflows across departments
* Map customer journeys and operational flows
* Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities
* Design scalable operational systems and workflows
* Build process logic for production, logistics, CRM, retail, and customer operations
Product & Technology Development
* Define product requirements and create detailed PRDs/user stories
* Plan the architecture and logic for integrated systems
* Work closely with UI/UX designers to create intuitive user experiences
* Coordinate with external development agencies/vendors
* Ensure the product is built as per operational requirements
* Manage product testing, QA, feedback loops, and iteration cycles

* Store POS System
* Customer Mobile App
* CRM & Customer Support Integrations
* Inventory & Article Tracking Systems
* Dashboard & Reporting Systems

Implementation & Rollout
* Manage migration from existing tools/software
* Create SOPs and training frameworks
* Train internal teams on system adoption
* Ensure smooth rollout and implementation across departments
* Continuously improve systems based on operational feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 2–6 years of experience in Product Management, Operations Technology, Digital Transformation, Business Systems, ERP Implementation, or similar roles
* Strong understanding of operational workflows and process optimisation
* Ability to think deeply about edge cases and system dependencies
* Excellent documentation and communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
* Experience coordinating with software developers/agencies
* Understanding of customer journey and product lifecycle
* Experience with SaaS tools, CRMs, operational systems, or workflow automation
* High ownership mindset and execution ability
