Setting-Out for All Civil, Hydro-Mechanical & EM WorksProvide accurate setting-out for:Dam and spillway structuresIntake, HRT, TRT, aditsSurge shaft, pressure shaft/tunnelPowerhouse and transformer cavernPenstock alignmentEnsure construction matches the design coordinates, alignments, levels and profiles. Underground Works Alignment & MonitoringConduct:Tunnel alignment checksDeformation monitoring (convergence measurements)Overbreak–underbreak evaluationCrown, wall, and invert position verificationEnsure breakthrough of tunnels from multiple headings occurs within tolerance. Support for Hydro-Mechanical & EM Equipment InstallationProvide accurate alignment for:Penstocks, steel liners, bifurcationsTurbine runner, draft tube, spiral caseGenerator stator, rotor centrelineEOT cranes and monorailsMaintain high precision as required by OEMs. Topographic & As-Built SurveysConduct detailed surveys for:Excavation quantitiesValley, river, and hill terrainsUnderground cavity mappingPenstock and pipeline routingPrepare as-built drawings for all completed works. Quantity & Progress VerificationMeasure:Earthwork volumesRock excavationBackfillingConcrete quantitiesSupport billing verification for contractors and subcontractors.
