About Scale Global
Scale Global is building the infrastructure for consumer brands to launch, operate, and scale across international markets.
We bring together market access, regulatory, supply chain, commerce, brand growth, and technology capabilities to help brands expand globally through a single integrated operating platform.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Manager – Supply Chain & Operations to build and manage the supply-chain infrastructure supporting Scale Global's growing portfolio of brands. Unlike a traditional supply-chain role focused on one company or product portfolio, you will operate across multiple brands, categories, markets and channels—from e-commerce and marketplaces to retail, distributors and B2B.
You will own the partner network, demand and inventory planning, cross-border operations, fulfilment processes and operating standards required to make this network scalable.
This is a builder-operator role for someone who can design the system and run it.
Who Will Thrive in This Role:
You are someone who enjoys building operations, not simply inheriting them.
You can evaluate and onboard a new 3PL, build an inventory plan, troubleshoot a fulfilment issue, negotiate partner commercials and turn what works into a repeatable process.
You are comfortable moving between planning, data and hands-on execution, while coordinating multiple partners, brands and markets simultaneously.
Most importantly, you think in systems -constantly looking for ways to standardise, automate and scale operations without adding unnecessary complexity.
What You'll Own
Supply Chain Network & Partners
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate and onboard 3PLs, warehouses, freight forwarders, customs brokers and fulfilment partners.
- Design appropriate supply-chain and fulfilment models for new markets and channels.
- Establish partner commercials, SLAs, SOPs and escalation frameworks.
- Build primary and backup partner networks across markets.
- Lead supply-chain setup for new brand and market launches.
- Manage partner performance, service levels and costs.
Demand & Inventory Planning
- Build SKU-level demand and inventory plans across brands, markets and channels.
- Translate commercial forecasts and launch plans into supply and replenishment requirements.
- Define stock-cover, safety-stock and reorder policies.
- Manage inventory allocation and replenishment across channels.
- Monitor availability, forecast accuracy, stock-outs, ageing, excess inventory and expiry risk.
- Drive regular demand and supply planning with Commercial, Category and Market teams.
Multi-Channel Fulfilment & Operations
- Manage B2C/e-commerce, marketplace, retail, distributor and B2B fulfilment.
- Oversee inbound, warehousing, inventory movements, order processing and outbound operations.
- Coordinate international freight, import/export and cross-border movements.
- Manage retail and distributor replenishment and bulk order fulfilment.
- Oversee returns, damages, claims, failed deliveries and inventory adjustments.
- Ensure accurate inventory and order reconciliation.
- Resolve operational exceptions and supply-chain escalations across markets.
Operating Excellence & Scale
- Develop and standardise SOPs across supply-chain and fulfilment operations.
- Establish operational controls, SLAs and partner scorecards.
- Track key metrics including OTIF, fill rate, forecast accuracy, inventory accuracy, stock cover, ageing, fulfilment TAT and cost-to-serve.
- Optimise freight, warehousing, fulfilment and inventory economics.
- Build dashboards and operating reviews to improve visibility and decision-making.
- Work with Product and Data teams to automate workflows, reporting and inventory visibility.
- Continuously improve service levels while reducing cost and manual effort.
What We're Looking For
- 4–7 years of experience in supply chain, fulfilment, logistics, e-commerce or omnichannel operations.
- Hands-on experience managing both B2C/e-commerce and B2B fulfilment.
- Strong understanding of 3PL, warehousing, inventory management and order fulfilment.
- Experience onboarding and managing logistics, warehousing and fulfilment partners.
- Strong understanding of demand planning, replenishment and inventory control.
- Experience with marketplace, retail, distributor and/or wholesale operations.
- Exposure to cross-border logistics and import/export operations is strongly preferred.
- Experience working across multiple brands, clients, markets or business units is advantageous.
- Familiarity with WMS, OMS, ERP and supply-chain systems.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel/Sheets.
- Experience building SOPs, SLAs and operational controls from scratch.
- Commercially minded, highly organised and comfortable managing multiple moving parts.
