Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager Strategy HR, located in Gurugram. The individual in this role will be responsible for formulating, implementing, and evaluating strategic HR initiatives that align with organizational goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting data analysis, fostering cross-functional collaboration, developing HR strategies, managing budgets and financial plans for HR initiatives, and providing consulting support to key stakeholders. The Manager Strategy HR will play a pivotal role in driving innovative practices to enhance the overall employee experience and organizational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating data, assessing trends, and making data-driven decisions
- Exceptional Communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and present insights clearly
- Experience in Finance, particularly in budgeting and financial planning for HR strategies
- Background in Management Consulting or Consulting with a focus on strategic HR initiatives
- Proven organizational and leadership abilities, with the capacity to influence and drive strategic change
- Proficiency in leveraging HR technologies and familiarity with industry best practices
