The Global Sourcing and Procurement (GSP) organization empowers our company globally to drive the greatest value by leveraging supplier partnerships. GSP provides global customers easy access to products and services at the greatest value through business insights, market knowledge, seamless and efficient processes, and professional expertise.
The Procurement Analytics Manager is responsible for delivering actionable analytics, reporting, and insights that enable procurement leaders and stakeholders to make informed, value-driven decisions. This role supports enterprise procurement objectives by developing spend and performance intelligence, tracking value delivery, improving data quality and transparency, and strengthening governance through consistent measurement. The Manager partners closely with Category Management, Procurement Operations, Systems teams, Finance, Risk/Controls, and other corporate functions to ensure analytics and reporting are accurate, decision-useful, and aligned to strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement Reporting & Insights
- Develop and maintain recurring procurement dashboards and reporting packages (e.g., spend visibility, savings/value tracking, compliance/adoption, cycle times, supplier performance, and operational KPIs).
- Translate business questions into structured analysis and clear narratives for leadership consumption (executive-ready insights, trends, and key drivers).
- Deliver ad hoc analyses to support strategic sourcing events, supplier negotiations, renewals, business outcomes and operating model decisions.
Value Measurement & Performance Management
- Build and maintain a consistent value measurement approach (pipeline tracking, benefit realization, and performance scorecards), partnering with Finance and procurement leaders on definitions and reporting cadence.
- Identify risks/opportunities through trend analysis and recommend corrective actions to improve outcomes.
Data Quality, Governance & Controls
- Establish and maintain data standards, definitions, and documentation for procurement analytics to improve consistency across regions and teams.
- Partner with procurement systems stakeholders to address data gaps, improve upstream data capture, and strengthen reporting reliability.
- Support audit-ready reporting and control metrics, ensuring transparency and traceability of key procurement measures.
Process Improvement & Enablement
- Identify opportunities to streamline analytics workflows (automation, standardization, reusable datasets) to increase throughput & reduce manual effort.
- Create job aids, playbooks, or training materials to improve stakeholder understanding and adoption of procurement reporting.
Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in procurement analytics, spend analysis, procurement reporting or a related analytical function.
- Demonstrated capability working in a multi-function environment with strong influence and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with MS Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with reporting/BI tools (e.g., Power BI/Tableau) and data querying (e.g., SQL) preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to synthesize complex information into clear, executive-ready messages.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities/projects in a fast-paced environment; strong ownership, urgency, and follow-through.
- Results-oriented and effective in a collaborative, team-based environment.
