Job Title: Manager Strategic Sales and Marketing (BDM)
Job Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role oversees marketing campaigns, brand positioning, market research, and team coordination to support business growth and revenue objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and strategies for Aviation Shows,s Exhibitions and events
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, and events
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive insights
- LinkedIn promotions and campaigns
- Oversee content creation, including advertisements, brochures, presentations, and online content
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics and ROI
- Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to align strategies
- Manage marketing budgets and optimise spending
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate marketing team members
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and partners
- Strategic Planning & Execution
- Assist leadership in defining company priorities and strategic goals
- Drive execution of key initiatives and track progress against KPIs

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms

Executive Support
- Prepare briefings, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage leadership agendas, ensuring focus on high-impact activities
- Ensure smooth and effective daily operations.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Lead and coordinate projects that span multiple departments
- Business development strategies and planning
- Strategic Marketing
- Airshow, Travel expos, aviation events, and exhibitions and project control
- Remove bottlenecks and ensure teams are aligned and accountable
- Improve communication and collaboration across the organisation
- Overall monitoring, vigilance, and control
Operations & Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable processes
- Monitor organisational performance and recommend improvements
- Support change management initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- An MBA or a relevant certification is an added advantage
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
