About the Role
At Swiggy, growth is a team sport - and Strategic Partnerships are at the heart of it. We're looking for a sharp, execution-driven Manager to join our team and own high-impact partnership initiatives across Swiggy's core verticals: Food Delivery, Instamart, and Dineout.
This is a high-ownership role sitting at the intersection of business development, program management, and growth strategy. You'll work directly with external partners and internal stakeholders to build collaborations that move the needle - for our users, our partners, and our business.
What You'll Do
- Business Development: Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners that unlock growth across Swiggy's verticals. Build and nurture long-term, commercially sustainable partnerships with a focus on mutual value creation
- Performance & Business Operations: Own end-to-end tracking and analysis of partner-led initiatives; define metrics, monitor performance, and surface actionable insights. Proactively identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities across active partnerships
- Program Management: Drive cross-functional coordination across Growth, Marketing, Product, and Finance to ensure seamless, on-time execution of programs. Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without dropping the ball on details
- Go-to-Market Execution: Develop and execute GTM strategies to drive visibility and adoption of partnership campaigns — spanning on-app, off-app, and partner-owned channels. Collaborate on communication frameworks that amplify partnership impact across user touchpoints
- New Initiatives & Innovation: Stay ahead of market trends to identify white spaces and new partnership opportunities. Support ideation and implementation of initiatives focused on driving incremental growth and enhancing user experience
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or program management - preferably within a high-growth consumer tech or e-commerce environment
- Strong analytical mindset: comfortable with data, able to derive insights and translate them into decisions
- Proven execution chops: ability to juggle multiple priorities, manage ambiguity, and deliver with precision
- An ownership-first attitude — you don't wait to be told, you go figure it out
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; you can align a room full of cross-functional teams
- SQL, Excel, and data management proficiency.
