We are hiring: Sponsorship & Business Development Manager
Location: Bengaluru (Bangalore), India – Hybrid Working Model
We are looking for a high-performing B2B sales professional to drive sponsorship revenue for international conferences, workshops, and professional development programs in the energy and geoscience space. This is a pure revenue-generation role focused on selling sponsorship packages, closing corporate deals, and building long-term client partnerships.
What you’ll do:
- Sell sponsorships and partnerships for global events and programs
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closure
- Build and grow corporate client relationships
- Deliver against clear revenue targets
What we’re looking for:
- 5–10 years in sponsorship sales, exhibition sales, media sales, or B2B event sales
- Proven track record of closing deals and achieving revenue targets
- Strong negotiation and client management skills
- Experience in conferences, exhibitions, or corporate sponsorship sales preferred
