We're now scaling our Revenue Management and AI-led Digital solutions across international markets, and we're looking for a partnerships leader to help us open those doors.
The Role
We're hiring a Manager, Strategic Partnerships to drive client acquisition for our Revenue Management and Digital solutions, with a strong focus on Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and the United States. This is a role for someone who genuinely understands how hotels make money and enjoys having that conversation with owners and senior decision-makers. You won't just be selling a product. You'll be helping hotels unlock measurable commercial outcomes: stronger RevPAR, healthier channel mix, higher direct bookings, and smarter pricing powered by AI.
Who You Are
You understand hotel P&Ls and how commercial decisions shape performance. You're comfortable engaging owners, asset managers, and GMs, and you know how to turn a strategic conversation into a signed mandate. You've worked across international markets and appreciate that SEA, the Middle East, and the US each have their own rhythm and expectations.
You also enjoy being on the road. Meeting hotels in their markets, walking properties, and representing dhi at industry events is something you look forward to, not something you tolerate.
What You'll Do
- Build a strong pipeline. Identify and engage independent and regional hotel groups across SEA, the Middle East, and the US.
- Lead meaningful commercial conversations. Go beyond surface-level pitches into pricing strategy, distribution, direct booking performance, and AI-led digital growth.
- Travel to meet hotels where they operate. Visit key markets to meet owners in person, walk properties, and build the kind of trust that closes deals.
- Represent dhi externally. Be our face at industry events, exhibitions, conferences, and roundtables across our target regions.
- Own the deal cycle end to end. Take opportunities from first conversation to signed agreement with care and follow-through.
- Keep deals moving. Prioritize thoughtfully and maintain consistent momentum across high-value opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships. Earn trust on the first mandate, and let that open the door to many more.
What You Bring
- 4+ years of experience in hospitality, business development, or commercial roles
- Direct experience selling revenue, distribution, or digital solutions to hotels in SEA, the Middle East, or the US
- A track record of closing deals in at least one of these regions
- A working understanding of RevPAR, channel mix economics, and direct booking strategy
- An existing network of hotel owners and senior decision-makers, or a clear ability to build one
- Openness to international travel and representing dhi at industry events and exhibitions
- A disciplined, outcome-focused approach to sales
