Role Overview:AI Academia is seeking a highly driven and strategic professional to lead institutional partnerships with colleges and universities. This role is pivotal in expanding our presence across academic institutions by securing training collaborations and driving B2B growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, approach, and establish partnerships with colleges and universities
- Represent the company in high-level discussions with management, placement cells, and academic heads
- Pitch and position AI Academia’s training programs as value-driven solutions for students
- Lead end-to-end deal cycles—from prospecting to negotiation and closure
- Build long-term strategic relationships with institutional stakeholders
- Drive revenue growth through successful B2B collaborations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of training programs
- Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently achieve business targets
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3–4 years of proven experience in B2B sales, institutional partnerships, or EdTech domain (mandatory)
- Demonstrated track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to confidently engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Willingness to travel extensively for meetings and institutional visits
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly professional
