) Technical consultations & complex transactions
Advise engagement teams on Ind AS (109/110/111/115/116/102/36/16/23/12/38),
carve-outs, restructurings, business combinations, ESOPs, covenant breaches, supplier finance.
Review financial statements (Schedule III, CARO linkages), audit reports (KAMs/EM/OM) and management letters.
Coordinate inputs from Valuations, Tax, Risk and ESG to land firm positions.
- Methodology, policy & inspection readiness
Execute ISQM 1/2 updates and run mock inspections (NFRA/PCAOB style) on assigned files.
Track remediation and root-cause analysis; maintain technical wiki and judgement playbooks.
Design and deliver modules for seniors/managers; facilitate PD “Decision‑in‑20”
micro-clinics.
Build sectorised kickoff kits and reporting phrasebooks (KAM/EM/OM).

Qualifications
Chartered Accountant (ICAI) with 6–9 years PQE in Big 4/Top firm audit or technical
(DPP/FRG).
Strong command of Ind AS & Standards on Auditing; working knowledge of IFRS; practical understanding of Companies Act, SEBI LODR/ICDR, Schedule III and CARO.
Evidence of crisp technical writing (consultation memos, reporting language) and review notes that close issues.
Facilitation skills; comfort running case-based training.
